-Self check-in: The check-in method is completely automated and will allow you to enter the apartment independently, without binding you to the pre-established times, as long as it is after 3:00 pm. You will access via an electronic lock with keypad and you will find the keys inside the apartment. Simple step-by-step instructions will be provided after booking via chat. -Smoking policy: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, smoking is only allowed on the terrace. -Cot availabile on request: Upon request, a cot is available for the little ones. Please note that cot linen is not provided and will need to be brought by guests. -Linen for extra bed: If your booking is for two people and you need two beds instead of one, I invite you to let me know. For the preparation of the second bed, in bookings for two people, a supplement will be charged. In bookings for three people the second bed is included. -Areas reserved for staff: Some cabinets or doors inside the structure are reserved for the storage of materials and supplies useful for managing the apartment. These spaces are clearly marked with “Private” signs and are not accessible to guests.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
