Our apartment is designed to offer comfort and style in a well-kept environment, so you can feel right at home. Key collection takes place at our Hostmate office located at Via Mauro Macchi 41, just a few steps from the Central Station. This service is available from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. After picking up the keys, you may go to the apartment to leave your luggage. Please note that access to the apartment is guaranteed from 3:00 p.m., when the accommodation will be fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival. We cannot guarantee availability before this time. Upon request, it is possible to book key delivery directly at the apartment from 3:00 p.m., provided that the request is made by 6:00 p.m. on the day before arrival. This additional service is subject to a surcharge based on your arrival time: Check-in from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. – EUR 15 (VAT included) Check-in from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. – EUR 20 (VAT included) Check-in from 9:00 p.m. to midnight – EUR 40 (VAT included) Please note that lost or damaged keys will incur an additional charge. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. If you have special requests or would like additional services, please let us know in advance — we will be happy to accommodate your needs and make your stay as pleasant as possible.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
