Check-in is done online and access to the property is automated. There is no physical reception. Before arrival, you must complete the online check-in procedure; instructions for independent access will then be sent. Before accessing the property, you must pay the City of Milan tourist tax. Payment is required online by credit card prior to arrival. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM. Arrivals after midnight are possible via automated access, provided that online check-in has been completed prior to arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Upon request and subject to availability, an early check-in from 12:00 PM or a late check-out until 2:00 PM can be arranged, both for a surcharge. The property does not have luggage storage facilities; therefore, it is not possible to leave luggage before check-in or after check-out. For reservations for two people, only one double bed will be provided, even in rooms with multiple beds. Separate beds are not available unless specifically indicated in the booked room type and confirmed by the property. For stays lasting multiple nights, rooms are cleaned by 1:00 PM. After this time, cleaning cannot be guaranteed for the day. Guests are asked to communicate their expected arrival time so that we can provide all the necessary assistance before their stay.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
